The new Proof Brewing Company is not only a fun destination to chill out with a great beer. Stop by Sunday morning at Proper – The Brewpub at Proof for a delicious breakfast at inexpensive prices in the laidback outdoor patio.
The menu is currently limited to nine choices, but they’re good and varied plus you can add coffee or a tasty mimosa or bloody Mary ordered at the bar.
We and our friends were happy with all our choices. My friend, Kristy and I both ordered the “Eggs Your Way” breakfast with two eggs (which I had over medium), maple pepper bacon, rosemary potatoes and sourdough toast, a good deal for $7.
Another friend raved about his egg sandwich with bacon, Swiss, lettuce, and tomato on sourdough toast, also $7.
My husband happily devoured the Sunrise burger, with ground beef and brat patty, avocado, cheddar cheese, bacon, fried egg and a chipotle ranch dressing, $9.
If you’re with kids, they can also play outside once they’re done eating and you can linger and catch a game on the TV.
